At the Society's recent annual bar dinner Honorary Membership was conferred on retired Judge Brian O'Linn and George Coetzee.

The Society has also experienced quite a change in its membership recently.

Pickering and Mostert have resigned.

Swanepoel has down-graded his membership to an associate and is currently acting as a High Court Judge.

Four pupils have passed their bar examinations and have been admitted to membership. They are Narib, Van Vuuren, Schneider-Waterberg and Wylie.
