General Rental Conditions -

  • Reservations should be made at least one month in advance during peak season (July to October) to avoid disappointment.
  • A 50% deposit (min N$ 600,00) is payable upon confirmation of reservation.
  • Cancellations are subject to penalty fees during peak season.
  • The full rental charge is to be paid upon collection of equipment.
  • Cash and Credit cards are accepted (Visa / MasterCard)
  • Equipment must be returned to the pickup point.
  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was accepted, fair wear and tear excepted. Any damages or losses will be debited against the deposit.
  • Prices are inclusive of all taxes.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The minimum rental period is three (3) days.
