General Rental Conditions -

Reservations should be made at least one month in advance during peak season (July to October) to avoid disappointment.
A 50% deposit (min N$ 600,00) is payable upon confirmation of reservation.
Cancellations are subject to penalty fees during peak season.
The full rental charge is to be paid upon collection of equipment.
Cash and Credit cards are accepted (Visa / MasterCard)
Equipment must be returned to the pickup point.
Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was accepted, fair wear and tear excepted. Any damages or losses will be debited against the deposit.
Prices are inclusive of all taxes.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum rental period is three (3) days.
